Excuse the mess, but we're new to this...

Hey folks just thought I'd better post something on here as we've now started it up.
This blog is the result of what happens when you combine a couple in their sort-of-infancy who have been reading her (Kelly's) sister's blog and his (Rich's) mind saying "I want to do that too". Now, I’ll admit, we're probably not at the stage that many would consider starting a joint blog, but it looks like fun when her sister (Erin) writes hers and I am sometimes a little over-competitive and kinda want to do what everyone else is.
But re-reading that, I don't know exactly at what stage it would become acceptable for us to have a joint blog... is there some position for it in the list of statuses on Facebook (added to 'dating', 'in a relationship' they will place 'now ready to have a joint blog'?) or is it something that you should list in the rites of passage somewhere between "first date", "met parents", "sharing the car" and "letting them have a key to your place". Any ideas anyone?
So back to our blog and less of "why"... I will often talk of "her", but would like to point out that however much this may come across as ranting or a chance to vent, it is often tongue in cheek and as I type, I laugh... Really, I do. Please bare this in mind. When she writes, it will probably be all bad, all true and all said with a tear in her eye... seriously, I never make her happy, I'm a bad person and should be burned at the stake for the trouble I go to, to upset her... that's a taste of what she'll tell you, don't believe it, it's not true, she's mean and horrid and makes me get up and put my eye drops at 1am purely because of her evil state of mind... (again, all tongue in cheek but is part of what we do, all day every day to each other... who couldn't love that level of sarcasm 24/7...?!)
So, as I said, we've not been dating long, but I feel this would be fun. We laugh at everything, apparently my weight gain is much to be laughed at, so is my bodily hair (not that I could be Richard Keys stunt double). And now that Kelly's not-so-new BFF (I call her "mum"... or used to) has joined in, I'd like to fight back. Apparently, chest hair is funny but yet I'm not allowed to shave it off... Sadly, every time she does this, I laugh. This apparently is encouraging her to carry on this behaviour. Can anyone explain this? Again, I think it’s purely because she's mean. If I was a dog, they’d take me off her…

That's all from me for now,
Rich

Welcome to Blog World! I'm not a big computer person, but do like to add stuff to my blog to keep as a journal of stuff the kids say or do. I'll never remember it if I don't write it down and putting it in the blog is the easiest way for me to do that! I'm learning how to add pictures, so hopefully it will be more interesting. Kelly - I can't wait to read your sarcastic posts!!!

Thanks Erin, and hi by the way. Nice to meet you, in a virtual way I guess.
I know, when we have photos, or anything to photograph, then we'll be turning to you to find out how to add them!
Kelly, sarcastic!? Never! I don't believe it will happen!
